The MHS Culinary department under the direction of Melissa Shaw provided lunch during Noon Optimist Club of Marshall/MHS SMILE Day. They served chicken salad on crossiants, chips, fresh fruit, and strawberry shortcake in a cup. Everything was delicious, and the servers were great.
