Registration information for the 2019-2020 school year:
July 25-Aug. 9 -- Online and new-to-MISD registration will be held in the Professional Development Lab and Lecture Hall at the MISD Administration Building, located at 1305 E. Pinecrest, from 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Monday and Wednesday, and from 8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday, each week.
Registration is for ALL MISD students. Returning students may be registered online. New-to-MISD students must be registered in person at the Administration Building and will need to bring the following:
1. Valid Driver License of Parent or Legal Guardian enrolling the child.
2. Birth Certificate - Must be original with seal
3. Social Security Card
4. Updated Immunization Records
5. Proof of Residence (Current Property Tax Receipt, Current Rental Agreement), Gas, Water or Electric bill in parent or guardian's name)
*If you reside with someone in their residence, they MUST come with you to sign a notarized affidavit with one of the acceptable documents above and both of you MUST provide a valid Driver License. MISD will provide a notary service free of charge.
